The Human Camera

Rainer and Anna's life together is falling apart. The desperate young man begins to record their life together with a small video camera, which turns into a morbid tool for the young man's self-exploration. Because of Rainer, who has become a living camera, the relationship of young people turns into a fight and a chain of revenge.

10 Men

In the video, ten prisoners pose for the artist - criminals who are isolated from society because of their behavior and whom you would not want to meet under normal circumstances. What happens safely through the screen is like an exposure that creates the feeling that the viewer is being let into a forbidden zone. Without objective information conveyed to the viewer, one can only know what each man wants to convey about himself, i.e. how he behaves in front of the camera.

The Repulsive Body

Artist Liina Siib presents her 2007 film "The Repulsive Body" (46 min), which looks into the soul of women involved in prostitution. Under the name Foxy Haze, the artist poses questions to women who offer sexual services. There are different perceptions about their work, partly produced by prejudice and the media. The answers of the 11 women are very different, some are more satisfied with their bodies and voices and some are less. The video image shows a taxi ride in winter Tallinn along the addresses of brothels and apartments. The work includes framed pictures of flowers that the artist asked the prostitutes to draw during the interview.

Study: Why There Are So Few Women in Politics?

It is an absurd science that tries to find out why there are few female politicians in Estonia. The film begins with facts that speak of the scarcity of female politicians in Estonia. Esotericist Villu Põldma then talks about the system of how men make politics at the expense of female energy and gives the example of Edgar Savisaare, who constantly receives energy from all his former and current wives. The big girl's biggest dream is to drive a car, and that's why she collects model cars, which she stores in plastic bottles, like people store ships in glass bottles. One day he goes to earth to drive a real car. After some time, Liivatakek begins to yearn to return to the sea home, but returning to it is dangerous.
